We use personal information to:
We do not use your email for promotional or abandoned-checkout recovery emails unless you have given marketing consent (for example the unticked marketing checkbox on Shopify Checkout).
You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails, update preferences in your customer account where available, or contact us at the address above. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you placed.
Our online store runs on Shopify (commerce, checkout, customer accounts, and related infrastructure). Payment providers process card payments. We use Resend to send certain transactional and consented recovery emails from our application.
Those providers process personal information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
We use essential cookies and similar storage so the site works. We do not currently set advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this storefront.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Order and account records may be retained in Shopify for the life of the store relationship.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No online transmission is completely secure; please use a strong unique password for your account.
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, or ask us about our handling of that information, by contacting us. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
