Bennett actuators are strong but flexible nylon/fiberglass hydraulic cylinders. The piston-like arms push tabs into position. Fluid flows through a concealed hole in the upper hinge at the top of the actuator — thus eliminating external hoses subject to damage. Includes Deutch connector fitting for Integrated Helm Control (OBI). Features: Available in three lengths. All actuator models provide a 2½" (63.5mm) standard stroke. Stroke can be modified to meet unique specifications. To establish the length of an actuator, simply measure from the very top to the very bottom when it is in its fully-retracted state. Short Actuator = 290mm (11 3/7") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base. Extra Short Actuator = 270mm (10 5/8") overall measurement, from the very top to the bottom of the base hinge. Identified with 3 rings on the actuator base.
