The Cotton Reel Trailer Rollers are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE), providing a durable, non-marking roller option for trailer roller brackets on aluminium hull boats. Rolling directly on the trailer pin without a bush or sleeve insert, the unbushed design keeps the roller assembly simple, with fewer wear components to replace over the product's life. HDPE construction resists impact and abrasion while remaining lightweight, and the non-marking surface protects hull finishes during loading and retrieval. The range is available across three lengths (115mm, 150mm and 200mm) to suit different bracket configurations, with a 17mm bore fitting a standard 16mm trailer pin, and in Red, Blue or Black.
