Available to order for collect — supplier, typically 2–10 business days
These heavy‑duty weld‑on cleats are cast from ZL104 marine‑grade aluminium, offering reliable strength, good corrosion resistance and consistent casting quality for alloy boat construction. Each cleat features a solid weld‑on base and a traditional open‑horn profile for easy rope handling when mooring or anchoring. Supplied in the as‑cast condition with no heat treatment, the cleats are finished with a hand‑polished surface that removes casting marks and provides a clean aluminium appearance. With no anodising, they are ready for direct welding to hull or deck structures using proper marine welding practice. Available in various sizes, they’re suitable for everything from small plate boats to larger trailer boats and commercial craft.
