The HyDrive Admiral 210TSE is a single-ended, unbalanced hydraulic steering cylinder for outboard and sterndrive installations, designed to pair with the Model 401 helm. It's the cylinder supplied in the Admiral Complete Outboard Kit 3, available here as a standalone replacement or for a new fit-out. It's rated for single outboards up to 235HP, or twin counter-rotating outboards up to 600HP total.
