The HyDrive Admiral 216FM is a front mount hydraulic steering cylinder for outboard installations. It is the cylinder supplied in the Admiral Complete Outboard Kit 5 (OBKIT5) and is sold separately as a replacement, or to build a custom hydraulic steering system where the helm, fluid and tubing are sourced separately. The cylinder is built from bronze, brass and stainless steel, with a capacity of 137cc and a 203mm stroke. Overall length is 535.5mm at mid stroke and 737.5mm at full stroke, and the cylinder weighs 5kg. The OBKIT5 kit it comes from is rated for single outboards up to 235HP, or dual counter-rotating outboards up to 400HP total.
