The internal tube includes a black PVC insert to protect your rod and has a solid base with drain holes. The heavy duty adjustable rail mount bracket can be rotated 360° to suit vertical, horizontal or even angled rails, and will lock into any position (requires 6mm allen key for adjustments - not supplied). Suit rails from 25mm up to 50mm diameter.
