Dead battery detection and revival The Blue Smart Charger automatically adapts to all battery conditions, using a highly-advanced charging algorithm. If it detects a fully discharged battery during the test stage, it immediately applies a low current to revive it, even from 0 volts. Temperature-compensated charging Before starting the charging process, the algorithm measures the ambient temperature and compensates for it. The temperature is measured again at low current, for instance when the battery is nearly full or when the charger is in storage mode. This allows the Blue Smart Charger to perform from -20ºC/-4°F to +50ºC/122°F without special settings.
